WHAT TIME WILL THE MOVERS ARRIVE?

Our team will be with you 15 minuets before the agreed time.

We understand that sometimes, adjustments may need to be made at the last minuet and are happy to work with you so that your move proceeds without any issues at our end.

If you do need to change the move time, please contact us as soon as possible. This will allow our movers to adjust the moving schedule and factor in traffic and any other possible delays.

WHAT TIME WILL THE MOVERS GET TO THE NEW HOUSE?

Normally, you will arrive at your new home before our movers. This is because we will be transporting a heavy load which will reduce the speed at which we can drive.

 

We will provide you with an estimated time of arrival however; will update you if we are delayed.

ARE YOU FULLY INSURED?

Yes, we are fully insured and are happy to provide proof of insurance for moves that contain high value items. Please check our Terms and Conditions for full details.

WE WOULD LIKE A QUOTE BUT CANNOT MAKE TIME TO BE HOME FOR YOU TO COME?

No Problem!

If your not able to be at home or your too far for us to provide you with a quote, you can take a video using your smartphone and send it to use using WeTransfeer.

It is a completely free service and allows you to send up to 2GB of data which will be more then enough for the video.

When taking the video, we would need you to start from outside your front door (so that we can see parking and the width of the entrance) and then continue throughout the rest of the property

Once you have taken the video, you will need to open WeTransfeer and attach the video.

Please do not forget to add your full name, email address and home address so that we know who you are.

Your video will be looked at within 24 hours and a quote provided.

CAN I TRACK MY REMOVAL DRIVER?

Not at the moment however; we will be bringing in this feature soon which will be a free service for all of our clients.

Until this happens, you will be provided with contact details for your driver on the day of the move.

WOULD YOU CONSIDER INTERNATIONAL MOVES?

We would only consider moves between the UK and Europe. If you are moving between a European country and the UK, we would require 50% of the fees paid up front  (One) week before the move is to take place.
